Include all the final details on the website letting people know how to get there, what the schedule is and information about what they can buy and how much it costs. Publicity photos

Event brochures are ready to distribute to hotels

All set pieces formed and ready for painting

Paint base coating complete

Basic color painting complete

We’ll verify that all cast and crew know what their role is.  

All double technical needs checked such lights and show software working.  

Stock is taken of all costumes and props and organizational lists
